Have Dicamba Drift Damage? Here’s What You Can Do

A common topic I often am asked to address is potential liability from pesticide drift damage. I recently contributed a column to the American Agriculturist addressing this issue and providing an update on the ongoing class action involving the recently approved dicambas that can be used for over-the-top application on cotton and soybeans.
