This page is dedicated to my research and extension outreach programs related to agricultural law and risk management education. With agricultural law, my research and extension programming is related to agricultural leasing issues, right-to-farm issues, landowner liability, legal issues related to pesticides, environmental issues, managing legal risks in agricultural operations, and developing issues in data ownership. With risk management education, I am focused on developing issues with crop insurance, farm transition issues, liability insurance, and the 2018 Farm Bill. With
