Sarah M. Everhart is the Senior Research Associate and Legal Specialist with the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School Of Law.  Sarah is a graduate of Washington College and a cum laude graduate of Pace University School of Law.  She began practicing law in Maryland in 2005 and her areas of expertise include land use law, municipal law and environmental policy.  Everhart sits on the Agricultural Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. Sarah is based in Talbot County.
